Migration Update: August 2011

Professional photographer and trip leader, Randy Hanna, witnessed a great showing of the wildebeest migration crossing the Mara River yesterday. While camped at Kogakuria, our northern Serengeti camp, he reported:

“Thousands of wildebeests decided to cross in a manner that could best be described as wild chaos and we were expertly positioned to capture it all…It was like having our own private movie preview.”
