OK, you guys have totally spoiled me! Safari in 2009, Kilimanjaro in 2011 – you are now my gold standard for adventure travel. I just got back from 3 weeks in Patagonia (Argentina & Chile), it just wasn’t the same (camps, food, client service). I had to stop comparing this adventure to my previous trips with Thomson or drive myself crazy.

My grandson, Jacob, and I had a wonderful experience and I am sure its something we will always remember.

Your Kilimanjaro staff was just great and looked after us at all times, the porters & guides made the trek a success. Our safari was just as wonderful, Jacob especially enjoyed the balloon safari.

Our holiday just wasn’t long enough. We hope to come back someday. Thanks again for all your help while we were preparing for our journey.

It was a fabulous trip. I loved the summit day. Wilfred is an excellent leader and guide, Loshie is great and very friendly, Godlisten is a fantastic leader and extremely knowledgable and fun to be around!

I figured Thomson was the best company on the mountain since MTV climbed with you!

The trip is one we will absolutely not forget. It was fantastic in every way. We can only say great things about all the people that touched us on behalf of Thomson Safaris.

As the trip progressed, I became more and more aware of the logistics involved with moving a family throughout Tanzania.  I can honestly say that the Thomson Safari staff pulled it off without a hitch, they were available at every point, every transition was smooth and we were able to completely enjoy the experience without worrying about all the travel details.

As we spoke to people traveling with other travel companies, it became apparent that Thomson provides a superior service. Our guides, accommodations and our meals were far superior.

This was a fantastic trip with a fantastic staff. Please congratulate and commend your guides, porters, and cooks for doing such a great job. We couldn’t have done it without them! Godlove and his crew should be highly commended.

Also comparing our guides to those we saw with other groups… there is no comparison! Ours were the best!  It truly was a wonderful experience for us.

buzz tallyw Thomson is the Best Outfitter on Kilimanjaro: Review from Tally W.We’re from Columbus, OH and are huge Buckeye fans (which is why we are spelling out O-H-I-O in the picture). The man on the left was the one who recommended we book with Thomson since he had gone on safari with Thomson in the past and spoke about the outfitter with the utmost admiration.

I’m sad to leave because I feel like our group has been a family and we’ve grown so close to the guides and porters.  But I also am leaving feeling so accomplished and exceeding every expectation that I had dreamed.  After speaking with others who chose different outfitters, I am confident that Thomson is the best.
