Hi Bryan...As I read thru your adventure, many memories came rushing back. I loved Ruaha but then I love the whole country! I saw the largest lion pride (20) I have ever seen when I visited Ruaha. They were all so fat and healthy. They had killed a giraffe that morning and were all lazily lounging in the shade. Babies with little fat, round bellys. I have a photo of a magnificent male kudu with the biggest, most beautiful red velvet ears ever bestowed on any kudu! He is now a part of my photo menagerie hanging in the sunroom. There are many trips that are touted as "a trip of a lifetime" but as you well know, a Tanzania safari is the REAL "trip of a lifetime."
